Example: If someone is screaming at you, you know that they are not always angry at you. You can develop emotional intelligence through practicing self- awareness by knowing your own emotional disorder, what you are doing and feeling, channeling your emotions well, motivating yourself, recognizing emotions in others to build healthier relationships and lastly infusing your emotions with values.
